Tom Spaulding is the founding Executive Director of Angelic Organics Learning Center and President of Angelic Organics Association. Since 1999, he has pioneered agro-ecology educational initiatives for farmers, gardeners and eaters to help grow the local and sustainable food economy. Tom has led efforts to replicate farmer training programs through organizing farmer alliances across the US and Canada. Cliff McConville owns Barrington Natural Farms, a "pasture farm" providing organically grown 100% grass-fed beef, raw milk, pasture-raised poultry & eggs, and woodland pork. Cliff farms nearly 200 acres including land leased from Brunner Family Forest Preserve, a partnership that helps restore the natural prairie through sustainable farming.
