Eurythmy is a movement art with practical applications in education (especially in Waldorf Schools). Translated from the Greek, eurythmy means beautiful or harmonious rhythm. Day and night, seed time and harvest, summer and winter are all rhythms of nature which are expressed through movement. Join Chicago Waldorf School instructor, Irene Arrendondo, for a morning of movement and conversation.
