Monthly sessions at the Learning Center’s demonstration garden will lead you through the steps of seasonal care for your organic vegetable plants.   Hands-on topics will vary monthly and include: trellising, weed prevention, dealing with insect pests, harvesting and storing vegetables, planting a fall garden, using cover crops, preparing for winter and more!  Perfect for a beginner gardener looking for seasonal guidance.
