All events are filled on a first-come, first served basis, and are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, advance registration and payment is required. Registration for most events closes one week before the class; those not meeting minimum registration one week prior may be cancelled. Please inquire about limited work-exchange scholarships.

Cancellation policy: Registration fees are 75% refundable for cancellations received one week in advance. No refunds are available in the final week. If Angelic Organics Learning Center decides to cancel a program, we will issue a full refund.

Transfers: If a student wishes to transfer to another class more than one week before the class (and there is room in the second class), we will honor transfers within a calendar year.

Note to parents and youth group leaders: Kids bring a lively spirit to the farm and are welcome visitors. Our programs for families are intended for youth under 12 years old, including small children. For most family programs, children 2 and under are free. Please be aware that the farm has many hazards; parents and youth group leaders are responsible for supervising youth less than 12 years old at all times while in the farm environment.  

Participant Waiver

Your event registration represents your agreement to abide by the following waiver:

I intend to participate in this event/activity hosted by Angelic Organics Learning Center. I am aware that farms pose many hazards and agree to abide by all safety guidelines provided for this event. I understand that reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard the health and safety of all participants.

In consideration of your hosting me and any dependents for the program, I hereby release and hold harmless Angelic Organics Learning Center, and all sponsors from any claims of injury, loss or damage which may be claimed against any of the foregoing in any manner by me or through my dependents. I further agree to indemnify all sponsors and host organizations against any judgments and reasonable costs or expenses incurred (including attorney fees) by any of the foregoing in defending any such claim made by anyone else relating to the activities of me or
my dependents.

Lastly, I give permission for Angelic Organics Learning Center to use personal information collected from my family, including photographs and audio/video recordings, for educational and promotional purposes, and to communicate with my family about the Learning Center's programs and activities that may be of interest.
