The public is invited to Angelic Organics Farm and Learning Center for our first ever BioBlitz on Saturday, September 15.  Come join scientists, volunteers, artists and community members in assessing and interacting with the biodiversity and landscapes on the 70 acres known as Kinnikinnick Fields, which was purchased in March 2012 by Angelic Organics Learning Center.  Throughout the day, you’ll be invited to hike through the woods and wade in the creek, helping to sample and identify the plants and animals on the land.  Bring your own camera for special hikes led by photographers.  The day will close with a donor thank you and dedication of the land.

The BioBlitz is co-sponsored by Angelic Organics Farm, Angelic Organics Learning Center, and the Four Rivers Environmental Coalition.   >>Read More
