Average hanging wt. 140lb x $4.25/lb = $595, + $125 processing.  Approx. cost = $730

Weights may vary, so costs will vary. Processing fees will also depend on the types of cuts and cures you ask for.

Take Home Meat / Required Freezer Space
A ¼ beef will net approx. 100 lbs of take home meat. 100 lbs of meat is equivalent to about 4 cubic ft. of freezer space or 4 full-sized grocery bags.

Reserve with a $200 nonrefundable deposit. Orders are open now, and meat is available for pick-up in late winter or early spring 2020 at Eickman'sRemaining balance will be billed prior to processing. Processing fees are paid at pickup at Eickmans.

Please note that due to particularly wet conditions this fall, we have to push our pickup dates back to late winter or early spring in 2020.
