Angelic Organics Learning Center is the nonprofit partner to Angelic Organics - a vibrant, Biodynamic farm in Caledonia, IL. Angelic Organics was one of the first organic, community-supported agriculture (CSA) farms in the Midwest. The Learning Center was founded in 1999 to connect more people with the farm, and teach people the skills to grow, get and eat good food. Together, the farm and Learning Center manage 200 acres of farmland, forest, oak savannah, prairie strips, orchards, and flowing creek waters, where we grow and raise vegetables and herbs, dairy goats, chickens, honeybees, and composting worms. In 2017, the Learning Center opened Angelic Organics Lodge - an overnight facility at the farm for immersive, multi-day programs. With lodging for up to 30 people, a commercial teaching kitchen for group cooking projects, and immediate access to the Angelic Organics farm - the Lodge provides one-of-a-kind field-to-fork experiences of the food system.
